5 Favorite Smoothie Add-Ins!

My top 5 are below, I encourage you to use organic when possible!

#1 – Chia Seeds

#2 – Hemp Seeds

#3 – Local Bee Pollen

#4 – Spirulina

#5 – Nut butter or milk 

For #5 I use a variety and rotate depending on my kids allergies and mood.
